This is a great place to grow with lots of opportunities.

Overtime is sometimes mandatory on weekends.

Clean environment, reasonably safe workplace.

Upper level management has very little understanding of manufacturing processes and consequently little respect for the job skills of the people in production. An offshoot of this is pitifully slow pay increases if promises are kept at all. Benefit costs eat up most wage increases on the production floor. Be ready to work an 8 hour and 10 minute shift with only a 30 minute paid lunch and no other break.
