Pros

A lot of freedom. Upbeat environment. Plenty of parking even though it isn't covered. Everyone is nice but don't appear very educated.

Cons

Watch your compensation carefully. Christine constantly makes calculating errors and blames you for not noticing them. The business is lacking structure. Eric and Christine are constantly out of the office. They are only concerned with one thing: making money. They make sure they make money even if it means taking it from their employees. Its everything you would expect from a recruiting company.

Pros

Working at Mogel feels like being part of a family. The team collaboration is incredible, and there's a focus on helping each other grow. I started with Mogel as an assistant and, thanks to the support and guidance from the founders (who I now consider mentors), I transitioned into a recruiting role. This shift has been a game-changer for my career. One of the best things about Mogel is the innovative work we do with top-tier clients. It keeps things exciting and challenges us to step up our game. If you're looking for a place that fosters growth and values teamwork, I highly recommend Mogel. The opportunities here are amazing, and the support from the team is second to none.

Cons

Need to keep up with a fast-paced environment

Pros

MOGEL is hands-down the best company I have worked for. They provide amazing training and guidance to make sure you succeed. Management and leadership is very organized and listen to all questions and concerns, should you have any.

Cons

None. I wish I worked for them sooner.
