Pros

I loved this job but their systems are breaking and things were falling through the cracks more than ever and I definitely felt it. I was let go and morale was honestly in the toilet for me. It made me realize I deserved better. - lovely people within my team and similar departments - hybrid work from home environment - structured work days

Cons

- limited room to grow with changing systems and standards. it felt like you weren't allowed to grow due to lack of time, people and energy. -if you aren't useful anymore they'll just get rid of you and start over by outsourcing their operations to Cape Town - ungraceful in the delivery of bad news by HR and senior management. - senior management felt messy and focused on protecting themselves and the brand

Pros

- A talented pool of individual contributors and middle management across design and customer service teams that are now free to pursue other opportunities. - Solid work-life flexibility and benefits. - The recent elimination of substantial roles was handled with a decent notice period.

Cons

- Senior leadership lack deep industry experience and operational knowledge. Decisions often feel like reactive shifts and personal whims rather than plans based on any form of data-driven strategy. Some senior leaders also have off-putting demeanors that contradict the company values they are supposed to be championing. - Internal tech and workflows are fragmented; some roles have positioned themselves to take advantage of and perpetuate broken processes rather than improve them, siloing information and creating bottlenecks for simple tasks that should have been automated years ago. On the other hand, other roles repeatedly make unilateral decisions that affect a number of other teams without proper communication/collaboration. - A large base of institutional knowledge is now gone.
