- Moving toward modern micro service architecture - Good development processes (TDD, CI/CD) - Cross team guilds improve quality and consistency - Tech Team Meeting on Fridays is a great way to learn new things - Some of the nicest people I've ever worked with

Cons

- Management ignores interpersonal problems, can result in toxic environment - Culture was deprioritised and went noticeably down hill - More time should be given to replacing legacy systems - High churn

Pros

Supportive management and welcoming hiring team, The management and hiring team are incredibly friendly and approachable. They have a thoughtful and well-structured onboarding process that makes new hires feel welcomed and helps them get acquainted with the company quickly. It really sets a positive tone from day one.

Cons

None that I have come across yet.

Pros

I loved this job but their systems are breaking and things were falling through the cracks more than ever and I definitely felt it. I was let go and morale was honestly in the toilet for me. It made me realize I deserved better. - lovely people within my team and similar departments - hybrid work from home environment - structured work days

Cons

- limited room to grow with changing systems and standards. it felt like you weren't allowed to grow due to lack of time, people and energy. -if you aren't useful anymore they'll just get rid of you and start over by outsourcing their operations to Cape Town - ungraceful in the delivery of bad news by HR and senior management. - senior management felt messy and focused on protecting themselves and the brand
