Pros

The people - only reason I stayed so long

Cons

MOO does not value its employees, sets unachievable KPIs and is anything but transparent. Feedback about team leaders, how they treat& “lead” their team is also not of interest nor did it get any response from management. They treated a whole team awful for months, making our lives miserable hoping we’d leave. You might want to update your values as “keep it human”, “imagine it better”, “tackle it together” are certainly not true. They are great at making you feel worthless and will do anything to show you that, telling you the opposite of course but actions speak louder than words. Very disappointed, started out a decent job but went downhill quite quickly - would suggest everyone stay clear and look for employment elsewhere.

Pros

Supportive management and welcoming hiring team, The management and hiring team are incredibly friendly and approachable. They have a thoughtful and well-structured onboarding process that makes new hires feel welcomed and helps them get acquainted with the company quickly. It really sets a positive tone from day one.

Cons

None that I have come across yet.

Hybrid, flexible, benefits are through the UK

Cons

Over the years, the company’s culture has steadily declined. What was once a positive and collaborative environment has shifted into one that appears to tolerate unprofessional behavior, reward favoritism, and lack strong leadership by example. Employees do not feel safe voicing concerns, even when those concerns are presented constructively with potential solutions. This has created a culture where open communication is discouraged rather than supported. There are also significant concerns regarding sales management. Leadership behaviors and work ethic at times fall short of expectations, with managers assigning responsibilities outside of employees’ defined roles, offering limited coaching, and not consistently demonstrating accountability. In some cases, work completed by team members is not appropriately recognized. Accountability overall appears to be lacking. Employees are frequently left feeling undervalued, which has contributed to low morale. While the organization promotes a commitment to work-life balance and a people-first (“keep it human”) culture, these values do not always align with the day-to-day employee experience. As a result, the company has experienced the loss of highly skilled and talented sales professionals. Recent organizational changes, including significant layoffs and the transition of roles to lower-cost regions, have further impacted trust. This has been particularly challenging given prior reassurances about job security. At this point, the organization has lost credibility with many employees due to these inconsistencies and decisions.
