Middle management positions have been given to individuals who behave poorly and disrespectfully toward their subordinates, and HR not only fails to address the issue but actively supports them. The work style feels robotic rather than human, and there is a complete lack of empathy or emotional connection between teams. The work itself is boring, and Agile is being implemented incorrectly by unskilled delivery managers who lack the necessary knowledge to manage engineering teams.
