      Pros

      A great place to work for junior people, with a great work/life balance. As a business it is sad to have not seen them grow further.

      Cons

      Difficult relationship with leadership based in France who were too far away from the day to day to make decisions.

      Pros

      MPG has a phenomenal work environment, the people are friendly, they do a lot for their employees, great vacation time and benefits, a lot of flexibility to move to different accounts, overall a great place to get a career started

      Cons

      Entry level compensation is very low (but probably comparable to similar positions at other agencies), working hours differ immensely depending on the account you work on (some work 9-5, some work 9-8).
