They are a very good service based company with lots of employee friendly policies.

Not much growth or hike at onsite. Sometimes you become stagnant in a position or a role.

The only real positive is the office location, which is convenient.

MPH is an international French company, but unfortunately, its management practices are stuck in the past. Salaries and benefits (including health insurance are kept to the bare minimum. The work atmosphere is heavy and demotivating — even basic conversations are discouraged. There’s a clear lack of trust.
