Pros
This company spoils it's employees. They supply good coffee, tea, host many employee luncheons, a yearly fitness contest and many, many other things. There is a wide range of employment opportunities. The main campus is spread out, but very nice. I worked hard for a few years without previously knowing anyone who works here, or that works with the customers, and I still advanced/received recognition for my hard efforts.
Cons
I wish that MPHI was closer to Lansing and not in Okemos. It's a nice area, but the drive is a bit longer. Employees are spread out across campus, or in affiliate positions in other places.
