Pros
Remote work, flexible schedule as needed, 5% corporate bonuses, annual wage increases, decent accrual of PTO, great low cost health care, skilled colleagues who become friends, high staff retention rates, more than adequate technology provided. Cares greatly about improving as an employer and setting the standard for all employers. Has a very supportive and welcoming work culture.
Cons
Little advancement opportunities, regular collaboration makes the shared drive system less efficient for work, PTO banks aren't equitable, salaries are decent, and generally it takes knowing somebody to get employed here. They've recognized and have been working towards improving the latter two.
