      Pros

      Work/life balance is good, co-workers are friendly and upper management is relatively transparent about the company.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great. RX insurance has gone downhill. no parental leave for dads and insurance is expensive compared to other companies

      Cons

      Filthy shop floor. Oil everywhere. Too much work and not enough employees. Taken advantage of. Quality doesn’t matter just get the parts out the door. Complete chaos. No communication between two buildings. GM hates confrontation so bad behavior is never addressed.
