The staff that you work with will make sure you got support and will help out in any way they can. Other than that nothing
Cons
They have no respect for staff , no matter how hard you work. As long as your there, they exspect you to give up your life and put the company before your family. If you cant do something they throw your contract in your face. Constantly put pressure on to managment, if i read the review before get a job i never would off. If you have children dont bother get a job here they expect you to let them down all the time when some one ring in sick. You never get a break. The company have no back up plan if people leave straight away. They speak to you like rubbish and you never get a thank you, the company are the break the law in many way exspect you to work 16hours shifts on a salary wage with no breaks... the support from upper above is shocking how the company still running i will never no.. stay well clear...
