      Cons

      1.Company operates lean which is great for the health of the business, but need to make sure folks don't burn out. 2. Lots of training - which isn't necessarily bad - but maybe employees can have more of voice in the content.

      MPLC has a genuinely strong company culture built on trust, collaboration, and purpose. People care about doing the right thing for customers and for each other, and that shows in how teams work across regions and functions. There’s a healthy balance of ambition and support, with high standards, but without ego, and a real sense that individual contributions matter. It’s a place where people feel listened to, empowered, and proud of the impact they’re making.
