- Transparency (but questionable) - Free food now and then. - Relaxed work, if you have the right manager. - Office is fun if you have the right teammates. - Work from home, generous annual and sick leaves - Co-working office space in India
Cons
- Office politics is encouraged from a influential person in the exec team. - Zero effort to grow you career (Will offer monetary development budget but not worth it) - Doesn't feel like the CEO even runs the show, is hardly aware about what is happening on the ground level considering its a small team of 50 employees. - Issues with fundraising and questions on the business model. - Lots of jealousy among peers, eventually leads to hate mongering and boot-licking. - Although company adds 2 to 3 new employees every quarter, 4 or so leave in the same quarter. - Indian employees will be required to do a lot of hard work without any logic. Totally follow the age old outsourcing rhetoric.
