Pros
I struggle to think of anything. Some weeks the work/life balance is manageable.
Cons
Low pay, poor upper management with very poor communication down the line, incredibly low staffed but continue to acquire new business despite this, layoffs and constant hiring freezes due to losing money, when you're hired they'll force you to move elsewhere promising to move you to the location you'd like to be placed but it never happens. Also, they have lost a ton of their long term employees recently which is never a good sign.
