Many thanks for your response as all feedback really does make a difference as we continually involve and improve how we operate. We believe we have a collegiate approach to teamworking but your feedback gives us food for thought and lets us reflect. It must be said that having all those years of experience is a tremendous asset when running cloud services which provide mission critical services to our clients. This is not the place to debate the power of eSuite or the strategy behind the technology, other than to say that technology team doesn’t recognise your view. Current and advanced technology tooling is used across the stack, as evidenced by our full stack migration to public cloud, API first approach, service orientation and use of advanced data technologies. There is also very heavy use of fully automated devops tooling across the stack. If you wish to contact us, we’d be more than happy to walk you through all of this.
