Pros
A few corporate events a year, which does not include the administrative staff in remote offices, unless they want to pay their own travel. Competitive benefits, that make up for the less than favorable salary and annual raises.
Cons
You are made to believe annual reviews are based on 360 degree feedback. However, your supervisor solicits feedback from whomever they choose. Dont be surprised if your supervisor picks employees he or she "likes" as opposed to employees relevant to your projects/responsibilities. Also, warning to the admin staff, your review is viewed by the Human Resources Department. If for some reason your supervisor gives you a positive review and the Director does not like you, YOUR REVIEW WILL BE CHANGED.
