Pros
There is a lot of flexibility in the work that I am able to engage in here. If I want to be a subject matter expert, then I can. If I want to broaden my breadth in a number of areas, I can embed myself in those projects. If I want to increase my engagement with clients or through project management, I can seek those opportunities. Professional growth is very self-motivated, but encouraged.
Cons
The company is in a transitional period in terms of identity mainly due to a push for expansion (currently ~260 employees). Expect to work a lot of hours. You're not compensated for every hour you work, but must rely on a year-end bonus to make up for the effort. The business location results in a very expensive living situation, particularly for new or less established professions.
