Pros
Great meeting and team atmosphere. A lot of young and energetic people. They hire on the spot and train you right away and you get paid for training and you get a weekly base pay plus commission. Also they provide you with a tablet so that you can work in the field without having to put up any initial money.
Cons
Sometimes you're out there all day trying to make a sell. sometime you won't hit your quota and this reflects badly on your job. a lot of people are not aware of energy options and why they should switch. Sometimes it's very stressful.
