I have felt significantly underutilized and devalued within my role. Specifically, I have observed a troubling disparity in compensation, where female employees appear to be paid substantially less than their male counterparts for the same scope of work.
Furthermore, the internal culture has proven to be exclusionary. It is my observation that professional treatment is often contingent upon personal favor from the CEO or Human Resources, and those outside of this circle are frequently treated in a condescending manner. This environment is further complicated by a lack of professional boundaries, characterized by persistent gossiping regarding politics and the personal lives of employees.
I believe these issues regarding pay equity, professional conduct, and workplace culture require immediate attention.
