      Most of the staff are good people, and the work MRC does is important.

      Cons

      Senior Management lack competence at running a functional organization and more focused on making themselves look good than actually carrying out the mission. Work culture is very exploitative of staff and prioritizes revenue generation over services to clients.

      Management only cares about making money. Management, and some services are not honest in upfront.
