Independent, open scheduling, don't have to deal with insurance, easy pay., generally very low stress
Cons
No support, management has absolutely no medical experience, poor response times, try to get you to perform procedures that are dangerous to patients and put your license in jeopardy, no policies in place or office manager on site.
