Pros
The initial training is top notch for the recruiting industry, and working for individual franchises can be a great thing. For the right person, this can be a huge money maker of a position.
Cons
Once you're through the training, there isn't much support from corporate that is worth being a franchise for. So many offices have closed in the last several years because of the economy - MRI isn't the recruiting leader it used to be. Some owners are stuck in the 90's with technology and recruiting tactics, focusing on the numbers game.
