Lack of Technical Leadership: The absence of a knowledgeable technical lead has left the tech team without proper guidance, resulting in unrealistic expectations and undue pressure from individuals who lack the necessary technical understanding. Missing Documentation: Projects often begin without clear product documentation, leading to confusion, inefficiencies, and unnecessary rework. Excessive Working Hours: The company's approach to calculating work hours, including breaks, is excessively demanding and indicative of a lack of concern for employees' well-being. Authoritarian CEO: The CEO's leadership style is akin to that of a strict school principal, stifling creativity and fostering an environment of constant surveillance.
