      Fun team with great leadership, but lacking support for juniors - Associate Project Manager MRM Employee Review

      Pros

      The people are fun and the team I was on had a lot of senior leaders, which was great to have exposure to.

      Cons

      There was a lack of documentation of processes so having to learn on the go. Not much support for a junior role, so it would be good to have that during stressful situations. Very low pay compared to the market expectations.

      - Some nice people - Some good accounts

      Cons

      Horrible ever since Omnicom acquired IPG. No more unlimited time off (work here under 2 years, you get 10 days, after 5 you get 15, after 10 you get the max of 20. LOL). 401k is not matched per paycheck anymore and is paid out halfway through the next year??? So you have to be working here still to get matched at all and the matching % is also much lower. No holdiday time off around winter, just Christmas and Christmas Eve and New Years Day. New leadership is unfeeling and purposely obtuse when asked questions.
