      Need no experience to get hired. Good to get started in industry. Two week training on machine. Decent benefits. Guaranteed 40 hour weeks.

      Cons

      Supervisors disrespectful to employees. Public shaming. Disconnect from Owner/supervisors to cnc workers. Disorganized in training process. Mandatory 6th day work when asked. Possible docked from bonus opportunities when not performing everything supervisors ask.
