Great people but a toxic and reactive culture - Information Technology MS Amlin Employee Review

Technology stacks that are in some cases 15 years old. Issues with under investment in all tech. Truly abysmal culture. In 35 years of working this place has the worst most toxic blame culture I have ever encountered. Constant push for standards and governance but then senior management totally disregard it when is suits them. Be prepared to see leadership swear at each other and act out in front of subordinates, bullying any around them. Lots of hire and fire, constantly reactive, never proactive. A place where politics is truly king
