Pros
I worked there for about 7 months and they saw my potential and I became supervisor in the short amount of time with a nice pay raise. They give everyone a chance to advance and become part of the team.
Cons
It's hard to keep employees within the company. They lay a lot of people off without warning. If you can't make it to team leader or supervisor, you will find yourself not working a lot. Poor corporate management.
