Only if you need a stop-gap job, or you already have a good paying job, and just need something extra.
Cons
Terrible, barely-there benefits. If they don't like you, you're not going to get hours, unless they're desperate. They have favorites and those people get the hours and the promotion. If the big plant shuts down, you'll still be employed, but will not be working. Supervisors and team lead get the dibs on jobs near by.
