Pros
Environment was relaxed. Overtime opportunities were offered. Able to work without being micromanaged. Family environment. Meals occasionally provided by management.
Cons
Too many employees in the building related to each other. Nepotism runs rampant. Uneducated upper management, the 2 main guys are in their 30s with HS diplomas at most. This is shown in their decision making. Organization has reactive mindset, instead of proactive, while also being very resistant to change. Company still resistant to giving out raises, despite business doubling in the past 6-9 months, in addition to a $100 million investment.
