Pros

I worked with some good people who were trying their best under difficult circumstances. There were also opportunities to learn quickly because of how many issues came up day to day.

Cons

This was one of the most stressful and uncomfortable work environments I have experienced. The office culture felt fear-based, tense, and unpredictable. There were frequent arguments and uncomfortable interactions in the workplace, including situations that felt unprofessional and difficult to work around. There was also a very high level of oversight from leadership, including extensive camera monitoring throughout the office. It created an environment where employees often felt watched rather than trusted. Turnover was another major issue. Employees could be hired and then let go only days later, sometimes for reasons that were not clearly explained. This made the workplace feel unstable and created anxiety for the rest of the team. Overall, the environment felt chaotic, overly controlled, and emotionally draining. I would not recommend this company to someone looking for stability, professionalism, or a healthy workplace culture.

Pros

I've really enjoyed working with my team here in Las Vegas! The people I work alongside day to day are genuinely great; collaborative, supportive, and make coming to work enjoyable. The role has given me good experience in IT support and customer service in the hospitality tech space. Good opportunity to learn and grow in a fast paced environment. Great place to build foundational skills in a growing industry.

Cons

Fast paced environment, not for everyone but I enjoy it

Pros

Lots of opportunities for growth. In my short time at the company, I was able to evolve into several distinct roles, each with their own unique strengths and opportunities to learn and grow. Management is constantly reviewing our policies and incentives to improve performance and work-life balance. Examples include 4/10 work weeks, opportunities to work from home, and employee of the month bonuses.

Cons

The drawbacks of a smaller organization means that the company and the teams within tend to face large challenges, crunch times and need to evolve quickly to remain competitive. This typically thins the herd, but those who step up and accept the challenge are often rewarded. Another downside of this agile environment is that policies regarding work-from home are strict and limited, and the company relies on employees working full time in office to ensure the company can maintain its high standards of quality.
