High growth company, can be an exciting place to work, nice culture where everyone gets on yet is still personally ambitious without being backstabbing
Cons
Slow to make decisions, management can be distant, career development needs to improve now the company has grown - little real high impact investment here. Management top heavy with Men, particularly men whose wives stay at home, hence little clue about what it is to be a working mom
