Great place to experience the inner workings and depth of Barra's data based models. Notice that positions are often heavy on the computer analysis and programming side of finance.
Cons
Working with the Barra model can become challenging because of the high level of statistical expertise that can be required. Atmosphere tends to be quiet which to some people is a negative.
