      Pros

      Small firm with great culture. Level of stress is low to medium and has good work life balance. Salary is good considering the workload and hrs. There are mobility opportunities but you need to network your way into a new team.

      Cons

      Total compensation goes up marginally each year and even with a promotion the bump is small.
