Pros
You work with great people. Most of the people are nice to work with, and the offices are really nice. It is interesting work at a company that is driven for success. Great benefits.
Cons
The culture isn't great. It is a place that doesn't reward innovation or ideas. It is about making money not doing the best for people or doing the right thing. They get rid of the wrong people and the ones that stay, show no owner ship and pass the buck.
