As for the culture, it is collaborative (at least on the teams i've worked with) that it drives innovation and self learning. The hard and soft skills you will acquire can be very useful should you decide to look for opportunities outside.
Cons
Frequent reorganization can sometimes lead to instability as not all are quick to adapt.
