Pros
They have great benefits and remuneration package. They are flexible when it comes to work, they allow you to work from home if needed. Job promotion is easy as long as you are a performer.
Cons
They need to improve on their training, procedure manuals and technology as a whole. Job security not assured. One minute you are employed, the next thing you know you are out of a job even if your group is performing.
