Small family like atmosphere where hard work is noticed and appreciated. The team model used at MSI provides cross level training for all positions. Employees are provided with the ability to learn across the board and are not stove piped into the same level of daily minutiae you may see at a larger corporations. Very tenured staff with little turnover and opportunity to grow over time.
