Pros
Very interesting projects at the time I worked there and some of the most helpful team players I have worked with.
Cons
The management squeezes absolutely everything they can out of you. Nothing in return, no time off, no bonus - oh wait they do give you a thank you for all your hard work while they have a hired security walk you out the door. Ya, that is a special bonus and to honey coat it with 1/2 week per year severance was just so special. So worth the loss of time with family, holidays, weekends. I have never worked so hard, gave so much for a boot out the door.
