Company has good an experienced management team and staff are like family. It’s the management arm of the IMC Group. Culture is very collaborative and met good colleagues are friends to this day.
Cons
You will find this in any company - you will have power play and at times in terms of approach on direction but hands are tied for the company due to growing hand on approach by parent company.
