      Close to home, good hybrid / remote balance. Good health benefits.

      Cons

      MSP bought our company and it has been full of broken promises ever since. No upward mobility. Management doesn't communicate, they micromanage everything. Many of my coworkers left.

      Recently merged with MSP corp from our Richmond location, it has been a revolving door, people come and go so frequently. ZERO Retention efforts & added pressure of work on guys that are left behind. Senior Management is in cloud 9 and doesn't do anything to curb down micromanagement. Lack of basic amenities & no regard for people. We lost talented team members back to back because of our management's ego. Feel welcome to join if you want to slave away your life
