Cons
They continue to hire to sales. Recruiters will contact past employees as all past employees fit the job description the recruiters are given. Expect calls once you leave. They are currently looking for an experienced consultant probably in hopes of winning a client. They have no experienced consultants in what they are currently attempting to sell. They purged several consultants the week before their Christmas party in 2016. Another purge in 2016 about a year ago. Hiring again by the recruiter calls that have come in over the last few weeks. They simply do not know how to run a business or keep talent. In fact, they do not know what to do with talent once they have it, so expect bench time.....and a purge. Do not show any intelligence or questions the 'MSS way'. Do not try to help them learn a new or better way. You will be on the next purge list. Some great Project Managers, but nothing else here but huge egos from their talentless long term employees and 'contractors'. Save your resume and skip this one.
