Cons:
-Constantly rushed when working.
-no commendation.
-director dumps on supervisor and in turn they dump on employees
-will have you doing tasks that aren't your job.
-no overtime even though a task may take you past scheduled work hours to

-you can work several minutes past scheduled time(unpaid} trying to finish a task but they will dock you for being 1 minute late.
