Great - Engineer MTA Network Employee Review

MTA Network is a foreign Start-up company so there are a lot of opportunities to learn new things and develop your career. Even though each of us had our own main responsibilities, we were always challenged with new work. I`ve got to meet people from all over the world and improve my English skills ( I am Chinese). Staff is friendly and we had lots of fun working together.

Due to the fact that the office is not very big and the Manager works in the same place as the rest of the employees, sometimes his stress and pressure were unintentionally passed on to everyone making the work environment tense. (Sometimes).

Before the internship, MTA made things easy as they took care of my visa, accommodation, work placement etc. so all I had to do was send the deposit, buy my tickets and everything else was sorted. It took away a lot of the stress of preparing to move overseas. During my internships I had the opportunity to learn about the Chinese culture and pick up some of the language. I also got to meet and become close friends with many other interns from all over the world. The experience also looks great on my resume so once I return to my country, it will be a lot easier to find a full time position.

At times the work is not challenging or the tasks I am asked to do are outside of the job description.
