      Pros

      My co-workers and some of the Supervisors.

      Cons

      Upper management likes to micromanage. They don’t give bonuses or raises and they are CONSTANTLY having rounds of layoffs. They don’t listen to the employees actually doing the work on way to help improve processes and to help retain great people.

      End of year bonus and travel stipends for in office employees, along with 401(k) matching.

      Cons

      Can take on the jobs of others with no additional compensation.

      Work-life balance is great and really feel like the principals of the company are listening to the employees.

      Outside economic factors related to the pandemic have not benefitted the company.
