Nice benefits, great for starting out. A lot of upward mobility and it is not a bank that is too sales heavy. Lots of volunteer hours.

Working retail and in the branches sucks and everyone in the company knows it. Have to deal with being underpaid at this position for a little bit before moving into a preferred role after 1-2 years.
