The locality of this place to my home

Where to begin? -was promised everything during the interview, received nothing. -received no training or assistance despite my honesty about my level of knowledge -constantly having management nit picking -no thanks for putting in extra work -revolving door of staff due to bad treatment -dropped my wage (which i'm pretty sure is illegal) due to me costing too much to insure, when again they knew my situation. -if you commit to overtime weeks in advance but are unable to do it last minute for family reasons you are likely to get threatened with losing your job. -the MD breached GDPR when I left an honest review about the company on another platform by talking about my past (PUBLICLY) which made it easy to identify me. -the company paid it's staff to falsify good reviews on another popular job board. -DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF

I can't think of a single one

I can't put into words how bad it was working for Mtc northwest, Everything I was promised at the interview stage turned out to be a lie, management haven't a clue how best to run the company and it felt like senior management thought they owned you while at work, no regard what so ever given to work/life balance and have to jump through hoops every month to be paid correctly for the hours you've already worked. No training and the goal posts constantly being moved so you are never doing your job correctly, senior management feel they have the right to change your shift patterns, hours and even wages at the drop of a hat and constantly being botherd by phone calls on your days off, staff turn over is ridiculous with most people being there for less than a year speaks volumes.
