Hard to think of anything, there's some good people there that deserve so much better then what this group of companies has to offer.
Cons
Micromanaged on everything you do, told your accountable for your department but then when you go to implement changes your told that needs to be reviewed by the executive team which is where it will sit "under review" for months, outdated policies, pay that is far from competitive, with even worse raises and horrible benefits. will promote from within but then provide zero training to help with your growth and development. they talk a big game but fall extremely short on their actions. Extremely toxic environment, everyone talks behind everyone's back and rumors spread within seconds. An HR department that doesn't know which way is up. No work life balance, you are expected to pick up the phone or answer emails regardless if it's afterhours or not.
