Management operate an open door policy and will make themselves available to listen, advise or support whenever you ask. Great job flexibility with offices all over the UK and Europe. Pleasant place to work with great people. Some very experienced and successful colleagues who are willing to help you improve and develop. Great social aspect should you wish to partake, work hard/play hard mentality. Recently acquired by VC company with fresh investment and new additions to the senior management team. If you buy into the MTI ethos and mentality, you will thoroughly enjoy your time here.
