Pros
- Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. - Very clear strategy of where the company want to go, Senior Management make sure every employee has great visibility of this and it makes you feel like you are all working towards the same goal. - Great atmosphere in the office and across the business.
Cons
- The company has gone through a lot of change in the past year, however all of the change has been for the better. - If you haven't got a 'work hard, play hard' ethos it may not be the place for you.
